"Auburndale Timer", scarce split seconds chronograph, 18 size, 5 jewels nickel plate movement with integral winding key, lever escapement, the chronograph start/stop/zero functions operated through the crown, and with the split lever in the band, in a nickel, hinged back and snap bezel open face case, Arabic numeral white enamel dial, blued steel hands, serial 3307, c1880
CONDITION:
CASE: Scratches and minor spotting; Polish residue; Notch filed to accommodate case clamp.. DIAL: Faint hairline at 40. HANDS: Specks of oxide on chronograph hands. MOVEMENT PLATES: Minor marks and scratches on plate; Some wear to plating on winder; Regulator with specks of oxide; Case screw replaced, clamp added. MOVEMENT FUNCTION: Running order (winds, sets and ticks). COMPLICATION FUNCTION: Functions properly.
